How to Order a Uniform for Cape Ann United

IMPORTANT! 

• Jersey numbers for Cape Ann United are assigned by the organization.
• If you do not know your jersey number or have never had a Cape Ann United jersey before, please email with your player's first and last name and ask to be assigned a number.

To order a uniform for your Cape Ann United player, please follow the instructions below. 

FIRST-TIME ORDERS

If this is your first time ordering a uniform from Score Sports, please proceed as follows:

1. Create an account at https://scoresports.com/customer/account/create/.

   • IMPORTANT: Under "Additional Information," you must enter our club code, which is FISH.
      
2. Once you have created your account, you'll be taken to a new screen where you should move your cursor to "PORTALS" in the upper right corner of the screen and click on "CAPE ANN/FISHERMEN" in the drop-down menu.
    
3. In the next screen, click on the blue jersey.
    
4. Click on the photo of the full uniform kit for your player and:
    
   1. Enter the appropriate size for each uniform element. 
      For sizing information, scroll down on the Score Sports page and click on the "Size Chart" tab.
       
   2. For full uniforms or for jerseys, enter your player's ASSIGNED jersey number into the "Add a Number" field. 
      Please note that CAU and Score Sports are not responsible for duplicated numbers. 
       
   3. Click the "ADD TO CART" button and then click "VIEW CART" in the pop-up window that appears.
       
   4. In the new screen that appears, if you're ready to check out, scroll down and click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" to enter your credit card information and finalize your order.
      NOTE: If you'd like to add extras of any uniform elements, you can click "CONTINUE SHOPPING" to add items and checkout later.

REPEAT ORDERS

If you already have an account at Score Sports, please proceed as follows:

1. Login to your account at https://scoresports.com/customer/account/login/.

2. In the next screen, click on blue jersey.
    
3. Click on the appropriate image to re-order a full uniform kit or to order an extra jersey, pair of shorts, or pair of socks and:
   1. Enter the appropriate size. 
      For sizing information, scroll down on the Score Sports page and click on the "Size Chart" tab.
       
   2. For full uniforms or for jerseys, enter your player's ASSIGNED jersey number into the "Add a Number" field. 
      • Please note that FYS and Score Sports are not responsible for duplicated numbers. 
         
   3. Click the "ADD TO CART" button and then click "VIEW CART" in the pop-up window that appears.
       
   4. In the new screen that appears, scroll down and click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" to enter your credit card information and finalize your order.
      NOTE: To order additional items, click "CONTINUE SHOPPING" to select other items and checkout later.
